What are the requirements for making titanium composite plate tank base and cladding materials?
First, the base steel plate
1. The base material of titanium composite plate tank must meet the requirements of GB150. When purchasing equipment or composite plates, the base material of titanium composite plates must meet the requirements of ASME standards.
2. The whole carbon steel and carbon manganese steel plate must be normalized supply.
3. When there are specific requirements for the base steel plate, the specific requirements should also be met.
4. The overall base material must be sandblasted, and should be flat without dents, scratches and other surface defects affecting the adhesion, the uneven level of the base material should meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
5. The base steel plate of the titanium composite plate tank is not allowed to be partially welded, and the base plate is tested using JB/T4730 in batches. When the equipment or composite panel is purchased from abroad, each base panel should be tested in accordance with ASTM A578, Class C qualified.
6. Should prevent the base plate in the composite process, equipment manufacturing process and service process stratification or crack.
Second, coated titanium plate
1. Unless written consent is obtained or otherwise specified, the coating material of the titanium composite plate tank must meet the requirements of TA0 or TA1 in GB/T3621. When purchasing equipment or composite panels, the coating material of titanium steel composite panels must meet the requirements of ASTM B265 Grade 1.
2. When there are specific requirements for the laminated steel plate, the specific requirements should also be met.
3. After cutting and forming, the coating thickness of the titanium composite plate used for the cylinder and the head shall not be less than 2.0mm, and the coating thickness of the titanium steel composite plate used for the tube plate shall not be less than 8.0mm, of which the flange sealing surface after processing is 4. The coating layer of the composite plate shall be made of a single titanium plate as far as possible. When two or more titanium plates are used to splice composite plates of larger sizes from an economic or mechanical point of view, they must be approved in writing in advance and shall meet the requirements of the Annex to this regulation.
