Processing technology and application of Tantalum 10 Tungsten(Ta-10W)

The key of Ta-10W processing is the cogging. It can be used in a set of forging extrusion and package or use canned extruding into bar (glass powder lubrication), and then made the slab by heating (choose high temperature anti-oxidation coating protection), remove the defects and machined surface oxidation layer, and then warm rolling, pickling, vacuum annealing, cold-rolled, vacuum annealing.

Ta-10W can be used as fasteners for corrosion protection in the chemical industry.
Ta-10W Pipe is more resistant to high temperature and mineral acid corrosion than many other materials and is mainly used in the manufacture of reaction vessels, heat exchangers, pipes and thermocouple pipes for chemical processes.
