At present, Rotating Coated Niobium Target is mainly used in advanced touch screen, flat display and surface coating of energy-saving glass, which has anti-reflection effect on glass screen.
Seamless Niobium Tube Target has the advantage of high efficiency and uniform film compared to plane target. Nb2O5 produced by Niobium Tube Target during magnetron sputtering is an electrochromic material with good performance and high refractive
index. Films with different refractive index can be prepared by mixture with SiO2.
