The alloy can be prepared by vacuum electron beam melting or vacuum electron beam + vacuum consumable melting to produce ingots, hot extrusion, forging, cold rotary forging, stretching and rolling to produce a variety of specifications of bars, forgings and plates.
The addition of W and Mo elements in the alloy is mainly due to its high melting point and similar atomic radius, which can form a replacement solid solution and achieve the purpose of improving the creep resistance and high temperature strength of the alloy matrix.
The addition of Zr and C elements in the alloy is because C is easy to form a strengthened phase of dispersion precipitation with Zr and Nb, which plays a role of precipitation strengthening and can further improve the high temperature strength of the alloy.
