How to preserve and maintain titanium zinc plate in winter

In addition to pure zinc sheet roofing materials, some zinc alloy roofing materials have been applied in recent years and achieved success. For example, zinc roofing materials containing titanium will generate a relatively dense and insoluble protective layer zinc bicarbonate when eroded by the atmosphere, or zinc oxide chloride protective layer under the action of sea air. This property makes it extremely weather-resistant and does not require maintenance. Titanium-zinc plate is a product of titanium-zinc alloy developed to meet the specific requirements of construction, so the application of zinc has been advanced a great step. Titanium zinc plate is up to 99.995% purity of high taste electrolytic zinc, and 1% titanium and 1% copper mixed, greatly improved processing performance, quality is also better. Titanium zinc plate is oxidized surface is pleasing to the eye basket gray, with most materials very harmonious. Its self-healing ability is strong, oxidation layer over time can not only increase the charm of the structure, and has the advantages of low maintenance cost. Sheets and coils should be stored for as short a time as possible, especially at the construction site. If the zinc material is not handled properly, it can cause bending or bruising. After a few years, cracks may develop in these areas. Deeper scratches may crack after molding or installation due to expansion and contraction. In consideration of environmental factors, in order to ensure product quality, please strictly follow the following storage recommendations:

1. Sheets and coils must be stored in a well-ventilated, dry, cool, sheltered and constant temperature place to avoid dew condensation.
2. Boards and coils must use wooden frames to isolate the floor to create sufficient air circulation space.
3. To ensure that the material does not deform, all the boards must be placed flat on the shelf.
4. In the process of coil transport, according to customer's requirements, the material can be placed along the horizontal axis or the vertical axis. It is recommended to store the rolls in their original packaging. If you need to stack because of insufficient space, please follow the following principles:
1) If the coil is placed along the horizontal axis, the wooden frame must be stored separately in the original way and cannot be stacked.
2) If the coil material is placed along the longitudinal axis, the wooden frame can be stacked. Considering the stability and safety, up to 5 pieces can be stacked. 3) The storage time of sheets and coils should be as short as possible, especially on the construction site.
In addition, in the winter construction process, the water-based paint can be diluted with 20%-30% pure tap water to the appropriate spraying viscosity. Oily paint with 40% ~ 50% special diluent dilution, appropriate dilution can ensure coverage and improve leveling, but also can save a lot of materials, reduce costs.
