The function and application scope of titanium rod filters
Titanium rod filters are made by sintering filter elements with titanium powder and are generally used for coarse filtration or intermediate filtration. This filter element features high precision, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in decarbonization of pharmaceutical solutions and gas filtration, and can also replace the sand rod filter commonly used in large-volume infusion production lines. The casing of this equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as SUS 316L and SUS 304. The inner and outer surfaces are treated with A-level mirror polishing. All technical indicators comply with the provisions of the pharmacopoeia and GMP requirements.
