Structural analysis of titanium heat exchanger

The structure and performance of common titanium and stainless steel spiral plate heat exchangers are:
1. Titanium and stainless steel spiral plate heat exchange equipment is composed of two coils, forming two uniform spiral channels. These two heat transfer media can flow fully countercurrent, which greatly improves the heat transfer effect, even if the two media with small temperature difference can achieve the ideal heat transfer effect.

2. The nozzle on the shell of the titanium and stainless steel spiral plate heat exchanger adopts a tangential structure, and the local resistance is small, because the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the liquid flow in the equipment has no large turn, and the total resistance is small, so the design flow is small. It can be improved to have a higher heat transfer capacity.

3. Type I non-detachable spiral plate heat exchanger spiral channel end face welding seal, with high sealing performance.

4. The structure and principle of type II detachable spiral plate titanium heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non-detachable spiral plate heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled and cleaned. It is particularly suitable for the heat exchange of viscous and deposited liquids.

5. The structure principle of type III detachable spiral plate titanium heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non-detachable spiral plate heat exchanger, but its two channels can be disassembled and cleaned, and it has a wide range of applications.

6. If a single device cannot meet the requirements, the device can be combined with multiple devices, but the combination must meet the following requirements: Parallel combination, series combination, device and channel spacing is the same. Hybrid combination: One channel is parallel and one channel is in series.
