What are the main factors that affect the service life of titanium anode?

1. Current density: The current density is inversely proportional to the anode life. The higher the current, the shorter the anode life.

2. Titanium substrate: the substrate of the anode is generally pure titanium, and it is required to be above the material of TA1. If the purity of the substrate used is not enough, the corrosion resistance will be greatly reduced, and the service life of the anode will be greatly affected.

3. Electrolyte: The electrolyte is prohibited to contain fluorine ions, cyanide ions and sulfur ions, if there is a greater impact on the life of the anode.

4. Reverse electrode: Reverse electrode is a method often used in anode repair to remove the old coating that has been passivated from the substrate surface. Therefore, it is prohibited to the extreme in use.

5. Frequent power failure: In the absence of current through the case, the coating in the solution for a long time will be greatly damaged.

6. Artificial damage: the anode surface can not have hard damage, if part of the coating is damaged, even a small scratch, will make the anode quickly corroded passivation, and finally lead to failure.

7. Short circuit: prohibit contact between anode and cathode in the case of power. The instantaneous current caused by short circuit is very large, which can burn the plate.
